SLC33-W1: My Community, My Story – A Need to Know Place Around Me
#HELLO STEEMIAN FRIENDS
How are you all? Welcome everyone to the milestone journey of the Blockchain basis steemit platform. An event that is really a matter of enthusiasm and attention, which is a matter of understanding and practice. First of all, in this library of experience, I would like to thank you very much @josepha for giving me the opportunity to visit this special necessary place. I would like to thank you again and express my gratitude that these special questions have given me new experiences. In today's expedition, I will take you to my daily vegetable market. Where countless people constantly collect necessary products.

One of the busiest and densely populated cities in Bangladesh is Dhaka. Moreover, 36.7 million people live in this particular Dhaka city. Living so many people in this small space is like being in a difficult situation. Today's weather is very normal, there is no rainfall. A large number of people travel on this particular road. You can understand these important places and vegetable markets of Dhaka city as the heart of this particular city. Let us answer some questions. Moreover, people are very involved with certain products in these particular markets. For example, there is a special Mizan Center Confectionery and Medicine item shop here. Moreover, there is a special West Rajabazar Mosque with various Modikana shops. There are various restaurants. So, as a densely populated area, 25 thousand people live in Rajabazar alone.

This particular area is called West Raja Bazar. It is commonly known as the historic raw market of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Moreover, this place has another address 58, Kha/1 West Raja Bazar, Dhaka 1215. Mizan Confectionery and Medicine Center is located next to it. Moreover, West Raja Bazar Mosque has various shops and the raw market is located in this particular West Raja Bazar.

Moreover, this area of West Rajabazar in Dhaka city can generally be called a neighborhood under the jurisdiction of Sher-e-Bangla Police Station. Literally, this special Rajabazar was named by adding the word Raja and the fact that a market was located there. This name was given by the permanent and temporary haats or bazaars set up by the kings or zamindars during the Mughal period.

There is a four-way road next to this special West Rajabazar Mosque. Moreover, more than 25 thousand people live in the densely populated area. During the visit, I visited this special vegetable market along with the mosque, confectionery shop and grocery shop. The local people here get the opportunity to offer five daily prayers in this special mosque through their daily lives. Therefore, since many people live in this area, this special mosque is the heart of the people here. Moreover, all the shops in this area are open till 11 pm.

These special grocery shops are very economical for this area and play an important role in saving time. Moreover, in this special raw market, all kinds of products such as fish, meat, vegetables, pulses etc. are available in one place. Which plays a very important and meaningful role for the people of this area. Many people get to buy various products without leaving their homes, which plays a very important role in saving time.

People from my area can usually pray in the mosque by walking a short distance here. Moreover, they can also get necessary medicines and products from this special Mizan Center or Confectionery. Moreover, they can usually buy varieties of products including rice and pulses in these grocery stores. Apart from the people of the area, people from different parts of the country come here to market and take them. And fulfill their needs for necessary products. Usually, compared to other markets, you can buy things here at a fairly affordable price. This special service is really interesting and a good way to save time.

Here I will share with you all the prices of some vegetables including the market price of rice and pulses. Seeing these special prices, the locals will enjoy shopping here very easily and will help them gain experience in shopping. However, when it is evening, after the office or external activities are over, people gather in large numbers in the shops of this area. And they spend time with friends and enjoy drinking tea and talking special stories. However, all the products including fresh vegetables here are available for purchase, so people gather here to buy their necessary products. This special market is traditional and very old. At one time, these places were turned into sewers. People from far and wide come here to buy their necessary products. And visit the market. This special visit and my vegetable shopping were very convenient. Because I got the opportunity to shop right after leaving the office and left the market in a short time. Moreover, the necessary products can be bought at a cost of five to seven taka per kg. The services and behavior of the shopkeepers here, the activities of the locality and special facilities can be seen in the video.
| Product name | BD price | steem price |
|---|---|---|
| Sagor Rice kg | 75 | 15.15 |
| Polaw Rice kg | 100 | 20.21 |
| Large Gourd kg | 60 | 12.12 |
| Papaya | 50 | 10.10 |
| Carrot | 120 | 24.25 |
| Cucumber | 150 | 30.31 |
| Potato | 30 | 6.06 |
During my visit to this particular place, I tried to review it very well and saw people shopping by selecting fresh vegetables which I found very interesting. And in this particular market, people were very enthusiastic to buy their necessary products with great ease. And what was more interesting was the smile on the shopkeeper's face and the great conversation and sales activities with stories with the customers.

Among the special curiosities, it allows me to think about or follow one of the most interesting aspects. For example, here the customers come at their own pace along a special path. After haggling at the first shop (fresh vegetables), when the price seems a little high. Then they go to the next shop. After asking the price of the same vegetable at another shop, the difference is three to five taka. But compared to the current vegetables, the previous vegetables were better vegetables. However, I think it is a good thing to buy fresh vegetables at a higher price. Such a curious incident gives me great enthusiasm and fun attraction. And it was also an experience.
I was talking about the West Rajabazar Raw Market. I came here in 2009. Till now I have bought essential products, raw market etc. from this market. I have seen people here shopping in this market after finishing their office work even during their busy hours. And I also find the opportunity to buy my essential items with great enthusiasm. There is a great combination between the shopkeepers and the customers. When I go to the shop, they recognize me and ask me about the good and bad. Moreover, they work like great entrepreneurs to motivate the customers.

This particular market visit was a great pleasure for me and the necessary products will fulfill my needs for the next day. Also, the grocery shops including the streets, mosques and this particular confectionery Mizan Center were interesting to visit.
Yes, I would recommend this place to locals and outsiders for shopping at a very low cost. And the local shopkeepers here are very humane and I am very satisfied with their behavior. Seeing the scene of motivating customers, I would definitely recommend that people from other places besides locals also come and get the same benefits. I understand this after this review.

This road is heavily trafficked by people and vehicles including auto rickshaws. So as a base for local life, I would first suggest walking the streets here and listening to the traffic. Besides, it is definitely one of the ways to check the prices. Since I came here in 2009, I intend to stay here for another four years. After that, I will move to my country house.

I am very grateful and thank you for your patience and especially for taking the time to review this post. May everyone have a good life. An interesting journey always highlights the historicity of human life and brings experiences. I am grateful and thank you for your valuable time.

Having a busy street where people can walk freely during the night to buy whatever they want shows how secure your community is. Businesses increase government revenue and promote the community economy.
