THE DEFICIENCIES OR INADEQUACIES OF THE LAW 2

“For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death.”
Romans 7:5 (NKJV)
Someone who had not been exposed to millions of money might not know that he or she is covetous and can steal or thieve But if the person is put in charge of a big money, in tune of millions, it is then the hidden passion of covetousness and stealing, lurking in his or her flesh, would begin to suggest to them to steal or misappropriate the account.
The law was made mainly to reveal what is hidden in the flesh—the evil passions (Romans 7:7). The person might not even know that he or she could steal or manipulate figure, account; It is when such is exposed to millions of money that the passion begins to be aroused or stirred.

This is where the problem is, the law cannot deliver from Sin, and It cannot give you power to overcome the evil passion; It can only cause you to know what you are battling with in your body (Romans 7:21-23). The way out:
“For the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending his own son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: he condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit"
(Romans 8:2–4 NKJV).
